Ethics & Compliance
HealthTrust and AdvantageTrust are committed to working with members, suppliers and peers in an open and ethical manner. Our policies and procedures are designed to encourage fair and open competition while maintaining pricing recognized as best-in-class.
Members’ commitment to our contracts is unique in the industry and critical to our supplier selection process.
Comprehensive information about our code of conduct policies is available on the HealthTrust website.
HealthTrust and AdvantageTrust actively support minority-, woman- and service disabled veteran-owned small business enterprises (MWBEs). We provide fair and open opportunities for these suppliers to be included in our contract/bid process; currently, over 59 MWBE suppliers are on our roster. More information about our supplier diversity program is available on the HealthTrust website.
With members that include some of the largest healthcare systems in the country, our sustainability program has significant impact on eco-friendly practices across the healthcare supply chain. Recognized by Practice Greenhealth as a “Champion for Change”—and an active participant in the initiatives of Health Care Without Harm and other environmental interest groups—HealthTrust consistently reviews, improves and expands its efforts to provide environmentally preferred products and services.
