Because AdvantageTrust works exclusively with non-acute care members of HealthTrust, we are aware of issues that are of interest to these organizations. We communicate with our members about new contracts, recalls and other important program information in a number of ways. Some examples include:
Announcements on market-specific websites
Each website has a section on the main page where we post important announcements. These typically include promotions, contract changes and new contract announcements, but can also include recalls, information on market conditions and overviews of new website functionality.
AdvantageInsight and AdvantageAlert
AdvantageTrust members receive AdvantageInsight, an electronic newsletter on a routine basis. The publication highlights new contracts, how to access discounts and other contract-related news as well as website updates and new functionality. It also includes direct links to information and contacts should questions arise.
Time-sensitive information that needs to be shared with AdvantageTrust members between issues goes out as an AdvantageAlert, which is generally a paragraph in length with a link to further details.
